Can I use Essential Oils if I have skin allergies or asthma?
A patch test should always be carried out prior to treatment. Pour a small amount into the palm and use a cotton wool bud to transfer the oil onto a small discrete area of nail or skin. Leave for 24 hours to ensure there is no allergic reaction. Always wash hands after use.
