How are Essential Oils applied?
Pour a small amount of the Essential Oil into the palm of the hand and massage into the affected area. Alternatively pour a small amount into the palm and use a cotton wool bud to transfer the oil onto nail or skin. Always wash hands after use.
We do not recommend the use of Essential Oils whilst pregnant, breast-fee the afor children under the age of 5 years or in patients with epilepsy. Care should be taken when prescribing Essential Oils for patients with respiratory problems or allergies. Cancer patients need permission from their Oncologist before using Essential Oils.
