Almost every part our body, from the head to toe, is prone to fungal infection. Fungi are present everywhere from the external environment to our skin. Typical fungi act as both our enemy and friend. It does so for its survival. Fungal infections are very common and generally grow around the nail, foot, toe etc. Athlete’s foot is a well known example of this. Here the fungus grows in between the toes due to accumulated moisture and sweat. The fungus grows rapidly in such an environment hence it should be cured in the initial stages itself.

Feet are the strongest and most sensitive parts of our body as they hold the entire weight of the human body. Therefore it is extremely important to take good care in order to keep away from various diseases that infect them.
Warts are a common viral infection that grows inside the skin of the sole and is constantly pushed inside due to the pressure of the body weight.Verrucas are a type of wart which forms round a spot and is dark in colour.
