What is your returns & exchange policy?
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your Footessentials product(s) due to defect or damage, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for goods that are neither defected nor damaged. If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery and you require a replacement we will refund the price paid for the initial delivery charge, in order to cover the cost of the returning the item to us, within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods. You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery and do not require a replacement we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge and delivery costs for the return carriage) within thirty (30) days (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs). You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
